Ingredients
- 1 lb. pork sausage
- 6 to 8 slices bread, cubed
- 1/2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese, grated
- 5 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
- 2 c. milk
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper
- butter
Method
- Crumble sausage and cook until brown; drain grease.
- Butter a 13 x 9-inch Pyrex dish.
- Place bread cubes on bottom.
- Sprinkle sausage over bread.
- Mix in bowl rest of ingredients and pour over sausage.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Bake at 350°, uncovered, for 45 minutes.
