Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. grated onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. mustard
- 1/2 c. milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 c. milk
Method
- Combine meat with onion, eggs, cornstarch, salt and pepper, 1 tablespoon mustard and 1/2 cup milk. Shape into balls and brown. Place in casserole. Add remaining ingredients to skillet. Heat until thickened. Pour over meatballs. Bake, covered, at 325° for 1 hour. Yields 6 servings.
