Ingredients
- 2 c. confectioners sugar
- 2 sq. unsweetened chocolate
- 3/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1/2 c. butter
- dash of salt
Method
- Slowly melt butter and chocolate in medium saucepan.
- Remove from heat and add sugar and evaporated milk alternately.
- Stir until smooth.
- Return to heat; simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
