Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons steak seasoning, montreal recommended
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 4 -6 slices bacon, more if needed
  • 1 pork tenderloin, 2 1/2 to 3 lbs
  • glaze
  • 1/3 cup orange marmalade
  • 1/3 cup chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons mustard

Method

  • Combine steak seasoning & brown sugar rub all over pork loin. Lay strips of bacon on top of loin and tuck bacon under loin.
  • Cook at 350 for 55 minutes or until internal temp is 140 degrees.
  • Brush on glaze and cook for 15 more minutes.
