Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 (16 oz.) cream-style corn
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 medium size onion, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 lb. butter, melted
Method
- Mix all of the ingredients and pour into a greased baking dish. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
