Ingredients
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- graham cracker crumbs
- 3/4 c. sour cream
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
- 3 egg whites
Method
- Butter 4 miniature pans (muffin pans).
- Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs in the pan.
- Shake pan to get them on bottom and sides.
- Mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and 3 egg yolks.
- Beat 3 egg whites stiff; fold into mixture.
- Fill pan almost full.
- Bake at 350° for 15 minutes; remove from oven and let cool.
- They will fall in the middle.
