Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 3 egg yolks
  • graham cracker crumbs
  • 3/4 c. sour cream
  • 2 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
  • 3 egg whites

Method

  • Butter 4 miniature pans (muffin pans).
  • Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs in the pan.
  • Shake pan to get them on bottom and sides.
  • Mix cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and 3 egg yolks.
  • Beat 3 egg whites stiff; fold into mixture.
  • Fill pan almost full.
  • Bake at 350° for 15 minutes; remove from oven and let cool.
  • They will fall in the middle.
