Ingredients
- 1 (3 oz) pkg cream cheese, softened
- 1 pint half and half
- 1/2 pint whipping cream
- 3 cups sugar
- 2/3 cup lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp lemon extract
- 6 cups milk
- 1 pkg lemon jello
Method
- Combine cream cheese, half and half, and sugar until dissolved. Stir in lemon juice, vanilla, and lemon extract.
- Whip cream slightly and add to mixture.
- Add jello and milk.
- Mix well. Freeze in 1 gallon freezer.
