Ingredients

  • 16 slices French bread slices
  • 1 cup PHILADELPHIA Original Cream Cheese
  • 80 slices avocados, thinly sliced
  • 16 each Brussels sprouts, blanched, chopped
  • 2 cups leeks, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups Belgian endive, thinly sliced
  • 2/3 cup pistachios, chopped
  • 4 tsp. fresh rosemary leaves, rough chopped
  • 4 tsp. fresh sage, chopped
  • 4 tsp. lemon zest

Method

  • Toast bread under broiler until light golden brown on both sides.
  • Spread 1 Tbsp.
  • cream cheese on each slice.
  • Top with 5 avocado slices, 1 oz.
  • Brussels sprouts and 2 Tbsp.
  • each leeks and endive.
  • Garnish with 1 tsp.
  • nuts and 1/4 tsp.
  • each rosemary, sage and lemon zest.
