Ingredients
- 1 lb. chicken livers
- 1 c. celery, diced
- 1 c. onion, diced
- 1 c. rice (Minute rice), uncooked
- 1 can chicken broth
Method
- Coat chicken livers with flour; brown in butter.
- Remove from skillet; place in casserole dish.
- Add a little more butter and saute celery, onion and rice for 2 minutes, add chicken broth.
- Mix well with chicken livers.
- Bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 325°.
