Ingredients
- 8 medium sized potatoes
- 3 c. white sauce
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 1 tsp. herbs
Method
- Peel and boil potatoes until easily stuck with a fork.
- Cool. Cut into cubes.
- Set aside in a bowl.
- Make white sauce.
- Season with salt, pepper, green onion and herbs.
- Add more to taste. Stir sauce over potatoes and mix well.
- Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes.
