Ingredients
- 1 c. cooked zucchini, peeled, cubed and cooked in Teflon pan
- 1 egg
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. Carnation or Milnot evaporated milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. or less sugar
- 1 pie shell
Method
- Put all ingredients, except pie crust, into blender for approximately 15 seconds.
- Pour in frozen pie shell.
- Sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
- Then lower temperature to 350° for 15 to 20 minutes more.
