Ingredients

  • 3 lbs boneless beef roast, cubed
  • 1 14 ounces dry onion soup mix
  • 28 ounces diced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons minute tapioca
  • 5 potatoes, diced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 8 carrots, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

Method

  • Add everything to slow cooker (stir together) and cook on high 5 hours or low 9-10 hours.
  • I try to make sure all veggies are chopped about the same size for even cooking.
  • If I have a venison roast on hand, I substitute it in the recipe and no one knows!
