Ingredients
- 2 lb. fresh asparagus, trimmed or 3 (8 oz.) pkg. frozen asparagus
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- 1/3 c. soft bread crumbs
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, finely chopped
- 1/3 c. snipped fresh parsley
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Method
- Combine all ingredients and pour over cooked asparagus.
- Broil 5-inches from heat for 5 to 7 minutes.
- Serves 8.
