Ingredients
- 1 can green asparagus tips
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/4 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. cracker crumbs
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
Method
- Arrange asparagus on bottom of buttered casserole dish, then egg slices and cracker crumbs.
- Repeat layers.
- Combine soup and seasonings and pour over asparagus mixture.
- Dot with butter and bake at 300° for about 25 minutes.
- Top with grated cheese and run into oven for 5 to 10 minutes.
