Ingredients
- 1/2 whole Lime
- 1/3 cups Vegetable Oil
- 3 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
- 3 Tablespoons Low Sodium Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Sesame Oil
- 2 Tablespoons Ginger, Minced
- 1 Tablespoon Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1/2 Tablespoons Garlic, Minced
Method
- Juice the half lime; it should come to approximately 1 tablespoon of juice.
- Add all the ingredients to a jar with a tight fitting lid. Shake until the brown sugar is dissolved.
- Store in the fridge. It keeps up to a week!
