Ingredients
- 1 lb. cranberries, ground
- 1 c. pineapple (crushed)
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 c. Tokay grapes, seeded
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped
- 2 c. whipped cream
Method
- Combine cranberries, pineapple and sugar.
- Let stand overnight.
- Drain for 10 minutes or more and add grapes, nuts and marshmallows. Fold in the whipped cream.
- Let stand in refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Can be frozen. Serves 16 to 18.
