Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 12 oz. shredded mozzarella
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. grated parmesan cheese
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 jars or 1 can artichoke hearts
Method
- Drain artichoke hearts, tear them apart and mash. Combine all other ingredients. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes at 350° until bubbly around the edges.
