Ingredients

  • 1 whole Pre-made Chocolate Cookie Crust
  • 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 16 ounces, weight Non-dairy Whipped Topping, Thawed
  • 1 envelope (4-Serving Size, 3.4 Oz. Envelope) Cook & Serve Chocolate Pudding
  • 2 cups Milk

Method

  • Prepare pudding with milk according to the directions on the package. Put in the refrigerator to cool.
  • Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
  • Put cream cheese mixture into the pie crust. Pour cooled pudding over the cream cheese mixture. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour or until set.
  • Top with chocolate shavings if desired.
