Ingredients
- 1 whole Pre-made Chocolate Cookie Crust
- 8 ounces, weight Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla
- 16 ounces, weight Non-dairy Whipped Topping, Thawed
- 1 envelope (4-Serving Size, 3.4 Oz. Envelope) Cook & Serve Chocolate Pudding
- 2 cups Milk
Method
- Prepare pudding with milk according to the directions on the package. Put in the refrigerator to cool.
- Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla together until smooth. Fold in whipped topping.
- Put cream cheese mixture into the pie crust. Pour cooled pudding over the cream cheese mixture. Chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour or until set.
- Top with chocolate shavings if desired.
