Ingredients
- 2/3 c. rice
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 1 pkg. peanuts
- 1 small can cranberry sauce, cut up well
Method
- Boil rice with chicken bouillon cubes; drain off 9/10 of water, then put in peanuts, then put in cranberry sauce.
- Eat cold or hot.
