Ingredients
- 1 large jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Whirl artichoke hearts in blender and add mayonnaise and cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
- Serve with small chunks of French bread, bread sticks or crackers.
