Ingredients
- 1 (7 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
- 1 (1 lb.) pkg. powdered sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
- 3 Tbsp. water
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. chopped pecans (1 qt.)
Method
- Combine first three ingredients.
- Mix well with hands.
- Shape mixture into 5 (4 x 1-inch) rolls.
- Mixture will be very dry. Chill 2 or 3 hours.
- Combine caramels and water in top of a double boiler; cook until melted.
- Dip rolls in melted caramels and roll each in pecans; chill 1 hour.
- Cut into slices to serve.
- Yield: 5 rolls.
