Ingredients
- Romaine lettuce or green leaf lettuce
- 1 - 2 bananas
- peanuts, chopped
Method
- Tear lettuce into bite size pieces, place in the bowl you plan to serve the salad.
- Top with desired amount of bananas and ladle a couple of scoops of dressing to top.
- Sprinkle the chopped peanuts over the top.
- Let sit about 30 minutes in the refrigerator before you serve.
