Ingredients
- 1 can artichoke hearts*
- 1 c. mayo
- 1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Method
- Drain artichoke hearts; chop them up.
- Mix with the mayo and cheese.
- Put in ovenproof serving dish.
- Bake at 350° for 25 minutes or until bubbly.
- Serve hot with crackers.
