Ingredients
- 2 c. flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. softened butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 c. chopped frozen or fresh cranberries
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
Method
- Sift dry ingredients together.
- Beat together butter, sugar, eggs and sour cream.
- Mix with dry ingredients just until flour is mixed in.
- Fold in cranberries and pecans.
- Pour in greased muffin pan.
- Before baking, sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg, mixed.
- Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
- Makes 2 dozen.
