Ingredients
- 1 (15 1/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
- 1 (30 oz.) can apricot halves, chopped
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello
- 2 c. hot water
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows, cut in pieces
Method
- Drain apricots, reserving juice.
- Drain pineapple, reserving 1/2 cup juice.
- Dissolve jello in hot water.
- Add 1 cup apricot juice and 1/2 cup pineapple juice, stirring well.
- Add apricots, pineapple and marshmallows; pour mixture in 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish. Chill until set.
