Ingredients
- 1 9-inch pie shell, unbaked
- 1 c. pecan halves
- 3 eggs, lightly beaten with whisk
- 3/4 c. dark corn syrup
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 Tbsp. margarine, melted
Method
- Spread pecans on bottom of pie shell.
- Combine all remaining ingredients; pour over pecans and bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes or until firm.
