Ingredients

  • 2 x (1 lb.) cans apricots, liquid removed
  • 2 x (3 ounce.) pkg. orange Jello
  • 1 1/2 pt lowfat sour cream (3 c.)
  • 2 c. warm water Cherries, nuts or possibly Cold Whip (for garnish if you like)

Method

  • Dissolve Jello in warm water.
  • Mix pitted apricots with lowfat sour cream using electric mixer or possibly blender (makes pureed) till well blended, add in to Jello mix and mix well.
  • Pour mix into lightly greased mold and refrigeratetill hard.
  • Excellent with turkey or possibly ham.
