Ingredients
- 1 c. apricot preserves
- 6 Tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
Method
- Combine all ingredients until blended.
- Makes 1 1/2 cups. Great on chicken and fish.
