Ingredients
- 3 (No. 2) cans apricots
- 1 box light brown sugar
- 2 sticks oleo
- 2 stacks Ritz crackers
Method
- Drain apricots and put in 2-quart casserole (long flat dish). Cover with sugar and then cut oleo into pieces and lay over sugar. Break crackers into small pieces (not fine crumbs) and put on top.
- Bake 1 hour at 325°.
