Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 Tbsp. vanilla
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
- 6 apples, cut into wedges
Method
- In bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla until smooth. Spread mixture on small plate.
- Top with nuts.
- Serve with apple wedges.
