Ingredients
- 6 medium pork chops
- 1 medium onion
- 1 Tbsp. Season-All
- 1 Tbsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. Botique
- 1 c. water
Method
- Season pork chops, sprinkle with self-rising flour, fry until brown on both sides.
- Slice onion and saute, spread over pork chops.
- Mix flour and Botique in one cup water, pour over pork chops.
- Cover and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Serve over rice or mashed potatoes.
