Ingredients
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
- 9 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1/3 c. milk
- 1/4 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Mix dry ingredients thoroughly.
- Add milk, water and butter. Simmer over low heat until thick.
- (I usually make biscuits while it is simmering.)
- Serve over hot buttered biscuits or toast.
