Ingredients
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. pineapple juice
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- dash of salt
- 2 c. green seedless grapes, halved
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 lb. miniature marshmallows
- 1 to 1 1/2 c. whipped topping
- 1 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Drain crushed pineapple and reserve juice.
- In a double boiler combine sugar, egg, juice, vinegar and salt.
- Cook over medium heat until thickened, stirring constantly.
- Cool.
