Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) can salmon, drained
- 2 c. cooked brown rice
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1/2 c. sliced pitted ripe olives
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. oregano
- paprika
Method
- In a large bowl, mix together all ingredients except the paprika. When well blended, place in 1-quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with paprika.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until lightly browned. Serve hot.
- Makes 4 servings.
