Ingredients
- 1 pkg. fresh angel hair pasta
- 1 small pkg. snow crab
- 1 c. cream
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/2 stick margarine
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Boil pasta according to package directions.
- Drain.
- Mix cream, flour, margarine, salt and pepper.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thick.
- Add crab, crumbled.
- Reheat until crab is warm.
- Add pasta to sauce and mix good.
- Serve with salad and wheat rolls.
