- 1 chopped onion
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1 soup can milk
- chicken breasts
- chopped parsley
Method
- Combine all ingredients except chicken and parsley in greased 8 x 11-inch pan.
- Place chicken on top of mixture.
- Sprinkle parsley on top.
- Bake, covered, for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 350°. Then uncover and bake 30 minutes more.
