Ingredients
- 14 ounces Baby Spinach
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 14 cup blush wine vinaigrette
- 1 pint strawberry, julienned
- 12 cup pecans, chopped
Method
- On a cookie sheet, line up 24 cupcake liners.
- Mix cream cheese and blush wine vinaigrette.
- In each liner, place a small handful of spinach leaves, a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture, 5 or six slices of strawberry, and a dash of chopped pecans.
