Ingredients

  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 1 or 2 large onions
  • 1 or 2 medium carrots
  • 1 large can cream-style corn
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can tomato soup

Method

  • Peel and slice potatoes.
  • Place in casserole.
  • Slice onions over potatoes.
  • Scrape and slice carrots, then place slices over onions.
  • Cover with corn, then spread ground beef evenly over top. Add seasoning.
  • Spread undiluted soup over ground beef, then cover casserole.
  • Bake in preheated 250° oven for 3 hours or until done.
  • Yields 4 to 6 servings.
