Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 1 or 2 large onions
- 1 or 2 medium carrots
- 1 large can cream-style corn
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can tomato soup
Method
- Peel and slice potatoes.
- Place in casserole.
- Slice onions over potatoes.
- Scrape and slice carrots, then place slices over onions.
- Cover with corn, then spread ground beef evenly over top. Add seasoning.
- Spread undiluted soup over ground beef, then cover casserole.
- Bake in preheated 250° oven for 3 hours or until done.
- Yields 4 to 6 servings.
