Ingredients

  • 1 c. precooked rice
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
  • 1 can whole kernel corn

Method

  • Grease a 2-quart casserole.
  • Put rice on bottom of casserole. Mix hamburger, salt, pepper and onion together.
  • Put hamburger mixture on top of rice.
  • Pour can of tomatoes (with liquid) on top of hamburger.
  • Pour can of corn (with liquid) on top of tomatoes. Cover and bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
  • Serves 6.
