Ingredients
- 1 c. precooked rice
- salt and pepper
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
- 1 can whole kernel corn
Method
- Grease a 2-quart casserole.
- Put rice on bottom of casserole. Mix hamburger, salt, pepper and onion together.
- Put hamburger mixture on top of rice.
- Pour can of tomatoes (with liquid) on top of hamburger.
- Pour can of corn (with liquid) on top of tomatoes. Cover and bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour.
- Serves 6.
