Ingredients

  • 7 1/2 c. rhubarb (frozen)
  • 1 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 stick oleo
  • premade or self made crust (top and bottom)

Method

  • Preheat oven to 450°.
  • Thaw out rhubarb (squeeze out juice). Mix sugar and flour together.
  • Mix rhubarb into flour-sugar mixture.
  • Poke holes in bottom crust with fork.
  • Put mixture into crust.
  • Slice butter and put pats on top of pie filling.
  • Put top crust on and put steam holes in it.
  • Cook for 15 minutes.
  • Turn down oven to 350° and cook 1 hour.
