Ingredients
- 7 1/2 c. rhubarb (frozen)
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 stick oleo
- premade or self made crust (top and bottom)
Method
- Preheat oven to 450°.
- Thaw out rhubarb (squeeze out juice). Mix sugar and flour together.
- Mix rhubarb into flour-sugar mixture.
- Poke holes in bottom crust with fork.
- Put mixture into crust.
- Slice butter and put pats on top of pie filling.
- Put top crust on and put steam holes in it.
- Cook for 15 minutes.
- Turn down oven to 350° and cook 1 hour.
