- 1 (7 oz.) pkg. thin spaghetti noodles (1-inch pieces)
- 2 (8 oz.) cans mushrooms
- 1/2 c. butter or margarine
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. sour cream
- 4 whole chicken breasts or whole chicken
- salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese
Method
- Cook meat; debone and cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Cook noodles.
- Saute mushrooms in butter.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Put into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 300° for 45 to 60 minutes.
