Ingredients
- 1 large box apricot Jell-O
- 1/2 c. pecans
- 1 c. miniature marshmallows
- 4 chopped bananas
- 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained (save juice)
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. pineapple juice
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 8 oz. cream cheese
Method
- Cook until thick.
- Let cool.
- Put on top of Jell-O that has jelled.
- Add Cool Whip on top.
