Ingredients
- 2 to 3 lb. ground beef
- 1 can peas
- 1 can tomato soup
- potatoes
- celery
- carrots
- onions
Method
- Brown and season ground beef.
- Place in bottom of Dutch oven or large casserole.
- Add one layer* diced potatoes, layer of celery and layer of sliced carrots.
- Drain and reserve liquid from peas and add layer of peas.
- Add layer of sliced onions.
