Ingredients
- 5-6 large chicken breasts
- 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. ground cloves
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
Method
- Preheat oven to 375F.
- Wash chicken under cold water, drain well.
- In a large bowl combine soy sauce, onions, garlic and ginger, mix well.
- Add chicken in mixture, make sure chicken gets coated well.
- Marinate chicken 30-45 minutes.
- Place chicken in lightly greased baking dish.
- Combine cinnamon, cloves, and pepper, mix well and sprinkle over chicken.
- Bake 30 minutes covered, remove cover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until chicken is done.
