Ingredients

  • 5-6 large chicken breasts
  • 2 Tbsp. minced garlic
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. ground cloves
  • 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce

Method

  • Preheat oven to 375F.
  • Wash chicken under cold water, drain well.
  • In a large bowl combine soy sauce, onions, garlic and ginger, mix well.
  • Add chicken in mixture, make sure chicken gets coated well.
  • Marinate chicken 30-45 minutes.
  • Place chicken in lightly greased baking dish.
  • Combine cinnamon, cloves, and pepper, mix well and sprinkle over chicken.
  • Bake 30 minutes covered, remove cover and bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until chicken is done.
