Ingredients
- 1 c. butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. sifted flour
- 2 c. finely chopped pecans
- 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar
Method
- Cream butter, vanilla and sugar together until fluffy; add salt and flour, sifted together.
- Add pecans; mix well.
- Shape into 1-inch balls.
- Place on ungreased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 325° for 20 minutes.
- Cool and roll in confectioners sugar.
- Yields 50 cookies.
