Ingredients
- 4 c. sliced zucchini, peeled and seeded
- 3 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 Tbsp. vinegar
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 2 heaping Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. nutmeg
Method
- Cook zucchini in margarine slowly until transparent.
- Cool and add vinegar, sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Put in double crust and bake 40 minutes at 400°.
