Ingredients
- 1 lb. fresh firm zucchini
- 1 stalk celery
- 3 1/2 oz. gin
- 1/2 oz. dry vermouth
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 3/4 tsp. dried basil
Method
- Wash, then trim the ends from the zucchini.
- Then slice in even 1/4-inch rounds.
- Set aside.
