Ingredients
- oleo
- 1 medium zucchini
- 1 medium yellow squash
- 2 medium onions
- 1 Tbsp. water
- 4 oz. tomato sauce
- 24 Ritz crackers
- 2 Tbsp. oleo
- 1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
Method
- Slice squash and onions into a casserole dish.
- Dot with oleo and add water to prevent sticking.
- Bake, covered, until tender. Mix Ritz cracker crumbs, tomato sauce, melted oleo and curry powder.
- Spoon on top of squash.
- Poke into the squash a little so some stays on top.
- Cook until bubbling and brown.
