Ingredients
- 4 c. cooked elbow macaroni
- 2 tsp. butter, cut in pieces
- 1 1/2 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 c. milk
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Combine macaroni, butter, cheese and seasonings.
- Place in greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish.
- Combine eggs and milk.
- Pour over macaroni.
- Sprinkle with paprika or butter crumbs.
- Bake 40 to 60 minutes until golden brown. Serves 6.
