Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 4 oz. uncooked elbow macaroni
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 3/4 c. milk
- 2/3 c. catsup
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. crushed potato chips
Method
- Heat oven to 350°.
- Brown beef and drain.
- Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
- Mix all ingredients, except potato chips.
- Pour into an ungreased 2-quart casserole dish.
- Cover and bake for 40 minutes.
- Uncover; sprinkle with chips.
- Bake an additional 5 minutes.
